Alpha Male Body Language

If you want to meet more women you need to be like an alpha male.  An Alpha male is a dominant male who projects poise and confidence. Women are naturally attracted to alpha male qualities because they are biologically wired to look for those traits in a mate.

A big part of an alpha male’s persona is his body language.  The alpha male projects his dominance by the way he positions his body, his gestures and his movements.  Here are some steps you must take when you want to be perceived as an alpha male, and to attract more women into your life.

Let’s look at an example.  Who is a shining example of an alpha male who shows traits that a lot of women find very attractive?  How about James Bond?  Although he is a fictional character, wouldn’t you say he possesses alpha male qualities?  The answer is a resounding YES!!! You would do well to emulate him.

What if you were to model yourself after the James Bond character?  Not completely of course, but how about how he carries himself, how he talks, how he moves and how he interacts with women. Do you think you would be more successful if you were as confident, calm and casual as he is?  You bet you would be.

Your first assignment is to watch some James Bond movies.  My personal favorite is Casino Royale, but for our purposes any of them will do.  Pay attention to how Mr. Bond operates, how he acts, walks and talks to women.  Notice his body language and tone of voice.  In short, you want to deconstruct his attitude and behavior so you can model and copy him.  Once you’ve done that, go ahead and try a few of his behaviors on for size and see if they are a good fit for who you are and who you want to be.

What you will notice is that James Bond radiates confidence at all times.  Even when the world around him is falling apart and the situation seems hopeless he stays calm.  Here are some things to notice and emulate.

1. His attitude.  Always project a calm, confident and casual attitude.  Women are immensely attracted to confidence. The more confident you are to more a woman will find you attractive.  Confidence is a skill that can be learned and practiced.  Think about it, when you were learning to drive a stick shift car would you feel confident driving on a lot of hills?  Of course not, you weren’t experienced enough to have confidence in your abilities.

2. His posture.  Maintain an open stance with a relaxed posture. Stand with your chest out, shoulders in and your hands on your hips.   Don’t be too stiff, but pretend someone stick down your back.  Good posture communicates youthfulness and strength.

3. Arm position.  I prefer to stand with my thumbs in my pockets, hands open and pointing towards my crotch.  This position keeps your posture open and directs their eye gaze towards your crotch, which is both overtly and covertly sexual.  Do not cross your arms as this can be interpreted as “closing yourself off” from others. It signals that you are not comfortable or that you do not want to talk.  You need to communicate just the opposite.

4. Eyes.  Your eyes are your most important tool in the seduction process.  As a general rule, you should look the other person right in the eyes.  Make it a rule to discover and memorize their eye color. This will force you to look into their eyes.  Avoid staring at the ground or around the room at other people when you are talking with someone.  Project confidence with your glance.

5. Smile.  This is so important I am going to state it again, smile!  Smiling will make you appear friendlier and more attractive.  A smiling person is also more approachable.  An added bonus is that it will make you feel better inside and this in and of itself will increase your confidence.  Trust me, a woman would rather be approached by someone smiling than by someone with a scowl so, enough already, start smiling.

These are just five components of body language that play a big part in how you project yourself to others.  It is important that you become aware of how you project yourself and how others perceive you.  Once you are aware of something you can manage it and control it.  Remember, body language, or non-verbal behavior, makes up the largest part of your communication.  Be sure your body, clothes and persona are telling the story you want to be told.
